Happy Halloween!

Happy Birthday Baby Boy!!

I am so proud of this baby you have no idea! Today he turned five years old..I can't believe it. This year he started speaking. That's right...this boy who I thought would never speak can say quite a few things now and SING!! ..just tonight he was singing, "I like to move it move it".. from the movie Madagascar. Those of you who have a child with Autism who doesn't speak will truly understand how thrilled we are.:)

And..since I know someone will ask, his cute little shirt came from www.paperlili.com. Softest TShirt ever!

Thanksgiving Snowman

It's Turkey weekend and we not only had a turkey come and visit but also a Snowman! Little R just can't seem to get enough of this snow..

Summer.. Fall.. Winter..?

That was today.. green leaves.. some gold and red leaves, then it snowed. R spent the morning with his nose stuck to the window watching it fall. He barely remembers snow from when he was little so now he's absolutely facinated by it. We took him for a walk through the woods.. he loved it. Little G was busy screaming at the top of his lungs just because we insisted he wear a coat... so no pictures of him. He ended up leaving early with his Daddy. :(

"Wait..

...until you see how beautiful she is." That is what THREE of my clients told me when they found out I was going to photograph this little girl. They were not kidding.. and let me tell you, she is as sweet as she looks. And I have to add..we loved her doggie too. :)

Aside from the fact they are beautiful..you can slide the pictures in and out. That means next year you can replace it with a new picture. I actually leave my little ornaments up all year in one of my windows..to me they look like jolly ranchers and I just love them.

When Animals Attack

Okay..so I have little G in the stroller.. strolling along. Just him and I. He wants my pop. I hand it to him and decide to take his picture while he's still. Then we hear this scream..he turns his head and I just about drop my camera as this peacock comes running at us. It's feathers are out and my goodness was it screaming! It did stay a few feet away.





And then...we seen this little mad guy!

We're In a New Home

and unpacking..eesh, I'm so tired. I came across this picture and decided I wanna play a game. Lets see how well you guys know me.. the little boy is my son. He's named after my father who is also in the picture.

The Field is Booked

As of today the sessions in this field are filled. Because we are not at home yet, and still away for yet another week..I couldn't take that many appointments. If in two weeks when I'm done this set of sessions and the field is still there I'll pick a day to do mini sessions. :)

Now Booking The Field

LOL.. but isn't it beautiful. Little G is addicted to car rides and we found this on one of them. I ripped him out of his car seat and demanded he and C pose for a test shot. I found it a few weeks ago before we left for holidays. I spoke to Mr. Farmer and he says it will be like this for wee longer. I Hired A Photographer

I hired Dixie Dobbins to take C's pictures. I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE what she came up with. Not only did she rock C's session, but she took time out to teach me!! I can't tell you how much I appreciate what she taught me in one day! We had so much fun!! ...and I'm so envious of her studio and set ups!

I know I've announced this already but I can't take any more new clients from the Wichita Falls, TX area.. I'm telling you, Dixie is awesome!! Just saying.. :)
